  1. Loved it y’all! And thanks for the fall inspiration—I have a girl’s weekend in October and I think I’ll be making a few of these items to take!

  2. I recall you talking about a pumpkin bread recipe you loved, do you know the recipe? Or where I can find it?

  3. Kelsey, I just made the healthy apple cinnamon muffins from Run Fast, Cook Fast, Eat Slow and we all loved them, including my 2 and 4 year old:
I used Hershey’s cinnamon chips (order from Target) as the mix in and it probably made them a bigger hit with the kids. Because the chips have sugar, I cut the honey in the recipe in half. So delicious.
They also have a pumpkin spice variation that I haven’t made yet, but plan to soon:

  4. Hey gals! I absolutely LOVED your episode on all-things-FALL!! The Momhour Podcast sent me your way and I’m so glad they did 🙂
Quick question, is it just me or is the link for the Beer Cheddar Soup broken? I think I found an alternative but want to make sure it’s the right one.

  5. Oh yum! I love the Superhero Muffins from Run Fast, Eat Slow so I bet I would love these!

  6. Erika, what is your favorite fall candle from Bath & Body Works that is out now?

  7. I was trying to pull up the recipe for Super Healthy Lentil Soup and the link does not seem to be working. Is there is another place I could find it? I love the podcast and look forward to listening to each episode when they drop!

  8. Hi, Kelsey here, I usually manage comments so I’m sorry I don’t have the answer but I know an all time favorite is LEAVES – so classically fall!
